Refund policy

At Black Cactus Tassels, we want you to love every piece you receive. As a handmade brand, each item is crafted with care, and we hope it brings you as much joy as it brought us to make.

RETURNS
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

To start a return, please email us at hello@blackcactustassels.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you within 4 working days.

Please note: personalised or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty or damaged.

HANDMADE VARIATIONS
Because all our pieces are handmade, slight variations in colour, texture, or finish are a natural part of the process — not a defect. We think it's what makes each piece unique!

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

RETURN POSTAGE
Unless your item is faulty, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 working days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
